This is a program for self-empowerment, self-love, and self-worth and is unique to each person making the commitment to themselves. In a session, we talk about what’s going on for you and anything you’d like to focus on, creating space for your energy healing through the quantum field. Essences are selected and reviewed, and the essence tincture is created and sent to you in the mail. You may start to feel the essences working on you energetically before you receive it, for that is the beauty of vibrational essences, they are cellular living intelligence. It’s through a very intuitive process, where they connect with you to serve your highest alignment, bringing forward what is meant to be healed in perfect and divine timing.
Your commitment to your health and wellness includes a daily ritual of taking the essence blend, seeing this as sacred space you create for yourself. I will touch base with you mid-month (or mid-lunar cycle) to see how the vibrational essence is affecting you and provide any feedback if required.
Individual Energy Healing Sessions or Flower Essence Consultations are for 1 or 1.5 hours, and for some protocols up to 2 hours. Sessions include time at the beginning and end for talking together about your health, intention, and feedback.
