Energy Healing Sessions are for 1 or 1.5 hours with the exception of the Healing Corona Virus Protocol and the Vaccine Clearing (may take up to 2 hours). Sessions include time at the beginning and end for talking together about your health, intention, and feedback. Flower Essence Consultations are 1 or 1.5 hours.
This is an individualized program where you select if you’d like to commit monthly for a season, half a year, or the entire year. Sessions are 1.5 hours, including talking together, essence tincture formulation, and energy healing. Your commitment to your health and growth will come through a daily ritual of taking the essence blend, and I will touch base with you mid-month (or mid-lunar cycle) to see how it’s going with the vibrational essence.
This is a program for self-empowerment, and is unique to each person making the commitment to themselves. I am honoured to walk beside you through this journey, as together we remain open and curious to what arises for healing and resolution.
An exploration of the body’s seven main chakras, healings focused on a Chakra in each session, including a vibrational essence blend for each Chakra. Eight sessions in total, the first includes a teaching of a Hara Meditation, and Hara Healing. The best timing for this is once a month.

Twelve 1.5 Hour Sessions over a course of time best suited for you, is a deep dive into cleansing and clearing outdated beliefs and programs, while assisting you to create clarity of purpose and life path, and to cultivate greater presence.

Weekly for 8 or 12 weeks to welcome change in a quick yet supportive way; Twice a month for 4 or 6 months for a journey alongside the Moon cycles; or Once a month for 8 or 12 months for maintenance type treatments.
