As a bodyworker, I use an intuitive approach incorporating different modalities, to make each and every massage a unique experience. The course of study of my massage diploma included cranio-sacral therapy, ortho-bionomy, shiatsu and acutonics. My focus as a Healing Arts Practitioner is using vibrational essences with people, animals and plants, and co-creating tinctures, salves, lotions and oils from wild-crafted plants.
Relaxation Massage is a gentle Swedish massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes to help you relax. Gentle massage stimulates sensory nerve endings in the skin, which transmit messages through the nervous system and cause the brain to release endorphins. Massage further aids relaxation by stimulating the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, sometimes called the “rest and digest system.” It provides relief for muscle aches and pain, improved circulation, stress reduction, enhanced sense of well-being, improved mood, improved sleep patterns, increased energy and vitality, and the experience of comfort through safe touch.
Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage where smooth, heated stones are used as an extension of one’s own hands, or by placing them on the body. The stones are usually made of basalt (for heat), jade (for heat and cold), or marble (for cold).
The heat can both deeply relaxing and also help warm up tight muscles allowing the deeper muscle layers to be accessed more easily.

Heated Bamboo Massage uses several bamboo sticks of various sizes, heated within a heating pad and used to massage your body. The heat relaxes the muscles and the bamboo allows for a deeper tissue massage.
Raindrop Therapy is a powerful technique using essential oils combining several holistic modalities to bring balance and alignment to all the body systems on a physical and emotional level in a non-invasive manner. It uses a sequence of essential oils that enhance the immune system and increase circulation. The oils are antiseptic and antiviral.
Raindrop therapy stimulates every organ, muscle and bone of the body at a cellular level through the oil, boosting the immune system, bringing the body into balance, and enabling the release of toxins. Raindrop therapy may relieve pain and restore physical well-being. As well, this whole-body therapy has the capability to initiate healing processes that will endure for weeks.

STAMINA® is an acronym for Sheradha Therapy Actuating Muscle into Natural Alignment. It’s a new method that treats the full body to effectively rehabilitate muscle and joint aches and pains. Through incorrect posture, injury or illness muscles can become mal-aligned. The STAMINA® Massage incorporates directional techniques which are unique because they align, strengthen and stabilize muscles. When required, neuromuscular re-education techniques are performed to help eliminate compensation patterns, address the root cause of trigger points, muscular pain/tension, and other debilitating symptoms, while significantly improving optimal function.
I studied STAMINA® massage in Alberta in 2016, after having received a massage by an Instructor/RMT of this new modality. Feeling the effects of alignment in her body, “a felt sense of feeling taller and overall clarity,” and “that something innately intelligent had just happened to my muscles” -it was something very different from any massage I ever received. It felt imperative to study these new techniques to include in my practice.
Vibrational Essences – I use vibrational essences, (flower, gem and environmental essences) in my practice and offer consultation in person or online. Each essence has a vibrational signature and works to aid healing and balance at a deep emotional level.
